It's totally safe and sometimes needs only a single session to resolve even apparently impossible problems. Many therapists are able to work with certain issues via Skype or telephone. Sometimes, shyness or embarrassment can prevent an individual from improving their life because they just can't contemplate the idea of a face-to-face session with a therapist... But now that fear can be consigned to the past.
BWRT West Lothian costs £65 per session. Each session is approximately 1 hour long.
